Project: Intranet site for a series of company leadership programs. The site is meant to function both as a source of program information and as a way to interact with program elements, such as arrangements and feedback.
Year: 2000
Design specs: Site should be simple and clean, clearly outlining participation steps. Corporate, structured look and feel desired.
Description: This design incorporates elements of the previous two. Colors are subdued and conservative. Body imagery features rotating/changing vignettes that convey aspects of the program. Header imagery shows a conductor's hands, suggesting the delicate precision of leadership, and a staircase. Both visual elements direct the viewer's eye to the buttons that will move them through the steps.
