Year: 2000 Objective: Currently the company processes payments with live operators; the goal is to develop a user-friendly online payment option. Design specs: Visual language should convey a sense of security and comfort. Description: Callout boxes and navigation buttons are traditional in design, with colors and shapes that promote a feeling of accessibility and security. Information is laid out in a clear and concise way, with imagery that strengthens the company's services.
